Claudia keeps health at the heart of her Home Restaurant experience. By teaching her diners healthier food ways, she hopes to build health consciousness within her community. Claudia served guests a Zucchini scramble, a vegan creation featuring a “rainbow” of vegetables and nutrients.
While providing amazing dishes, Claudia also hopes to teach healthy cooking and eating techniques. By showing others how to make healthier food, Claudia envisions a full shift toward a healthier community.
